Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing of human plasma into protein intermediaries. This overnight position offers a great opportunity to lead and inspire a team while ensuring the production process runs smoothly. Shift hours are 6 PM to 6 AM, alternating days, including weekends.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Technicians/Operators/Associates, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
- Schedule workload and ensure all materials and PPE are available.
- Manage and ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and participate in failure mode analysis as needed.
- Provide training to staff to ensure consistent compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
- Develop SOPs and specifications to meet regulatory and operational needs.
- Foster a safe work environment, including participation in safety teams and accident investigations.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and manage conflict resolution within the team.
- Maintain a clean and audit-ready work environment in compliance with EH&S and GMP regulations.
