This role is responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and support to drive business performance and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner. Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and manage quarterly reforecasts.
• Develop financial models to project future performance and assess various scenarios.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Perform variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and budgets.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on financial performance.
• Analyze cost structures, profitability, and revenue trends to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial impacts of operational strategies.
• Monitor and optimize working capital and cash flow trends.
