Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research
- Update and maintain internal databases
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
- Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
- Liaise between trial team and internal/external third parties
- Communicating with retained experts and preparing relevant materials for expert review
- Help with voir dire, jury selection and witness preparation
- Subpoena medical, billing, and radiology records, employment records, workers compensation records, and other entities
- Prepare comprehensive medical chronologies and Howell analysis
- Summarize written discovery and document productions
- Conduct background checks, social media investigations, litigation history
