Their teams are growing, and we are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialists with a background in the construction industry. salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
• Prepare and send accurate and timely invoices, ensuring compliance with construction contracts and agreements.
• Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances through effective communication with clients and project managers.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, billings, and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in managing lien waivers, AIA billing, and retainage invoicing.
• Collaborate with the accounting and project management teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly AR aging reports and provide insights to upper management on cash flow and outstanding accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all necessary paperwork and compliance documents, including lien releases and other construction-related documentation.
