salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities

Point of contact for clients, determine issues and conflicts from knowledge on industry trends and proactively communicate solution options to clients and team.  Constantly serve client's as a trusted advisor, lead the staff to ensure on time delivery and accuracy by conducting technical and strategic reviews of tax returns, work papers.  Knowledge with foreign reporting(FBAR, Form 5471), collaborate with partners on tax planning, research tax issues and provide guidance to clients, act as an advocate for staff by assisting in mentoring, coaching, training, supervising, and contribute to practice development activities that lead to the generation of new business.  5 plus years of technical tax experience in public accounting or related field, CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA) or equivalent certification is a must.  Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Quickbooks, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and approach projects with a sense of urgency.
