We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing billing information, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and using QuickBooks to maintain up-to-date financial records. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues promptly.

salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and review client invoices based on project deliverables, contracts, and service agreements using QuickBooks.
• QuickBooks Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and invoicing schedules in QuickBooks.
• Payment Processing: Track payments received, apply payments to accounts, and update client records in QuickBooks. Handle billing discrepancies and assist with payment inquiries.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and generate reports related to billing, revenue, and accounts receivable. Provide accurate monthly and quarterly financial summaries.
• Client Communication: Liaise with clients to clarify billing information, resolve disputes, and ensure timely payments. Provide excellent customer service regarding billing inquiries.
• Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliations of billing accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review billing procedures and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
