Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, which includes preparing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating a seamless integration into the organization.
- Support the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits and ensure the timely and accurate processing of benefits documentation.
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and analytics to aid in decision-making and HR initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize HR events and initiatives, such as training programs, wellness activities, and employee recognition efforts.
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate communication and implementation of HR updates.
- Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
