As a Solutions Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. This hybrid role provides the flexibility of working from home while fostering collaboration and professional growth in the Columbus, OH area.

 

salary: $18.5 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on company policies and offerings to deliver timely and relevant assistance.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and learning new technologies.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH. Candidates must be able to commute to the office for scheduled in-office days, team meetings, and training sessions.
