employee engagment intern - summer 2025.

In partnership with a major Life Science organization, we are seeking candidates for a summer internship with Employee Engagment Intern team based out of Rockville, MD. This is a 10 week Summer internship for 2025. Expected start date is June 2nd through August 8th, 2025. This is a 40 hour/week - with 3 days a week onsite.



salary: $22 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Efficiently analyze engagement survey results, comparing trends over time and identifying insights or areas for improvement.
• Support site activities which include wellbeing, DE&I, employee development, and teambuilding activities. This will include planning and leading engagement activities for the internship cohort as well.
• Help create and distribute communications related to engagement initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate actively enrolled in academic program
• strong data analysis and communications skills
• Has a passion for people and experience in working with cross-functional groups or teams
• A self-starter who is motivated to take initiative and eager to learn.
• Ability to drive and can occasionally lift up to 20 lbs (occasional need to reach various site buildings and support events)
• Communications experience is a plus (e.g., public speaking, LinkedIn social media experience)
