Our client is looking for an expert customer service representative in Ft Worth, Texas! Preferred experience working the aerospace industry. Candidates must have knowledge working in microsoft office and excel. This role is fully in the office and candidates must be able to commute to the North downtown Ft Worth area. Responsibilities

• Manage requests for quotations by analyzing requirements and verifying the availability of stock, the existence of potential purchasing contracts and previous requests sent to suppliers for the purchase of a specific item.
• Prepare the offer to the customer based upon the best supply source, which is determined by the Procurement department on the basis of certifications, price per unit and lead time.
• Perform follow up activities that are necessary to ensure and maintain relations with customers, such as dealing with emails, making calls, videoconferences, and visits.
• Build a sustainable relationship with the customer, providing all the necessary information about both the product and the orders/contracts, explaining complex technical information to customers.
• Proactively handle customers’ complaints and ensure resolution by communicating with the Manager and other departments’ staff 
• Monitor and manage, on a daily basis, the assigned targets/KPIs
