Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, provide expert guidance, and schedule services with efficiency and care.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Resolve customer problems with invoices and billing questions
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma
- Professional verbal and written communication
- A strong desire to help customers and solve problems effectively
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Computer Savvy
