Responsibilities
- Ensures accurate and timely submission and recording of invoices monthly and related payments.
- Prepare financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and transactions.
- Reviews budgets and expenditures for the company.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable.
- Assists with the month end closing process.
- Reconciles bank statements, credit card statements and financial reports.
- Resolves accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
