Responsibilities
Position Overview:
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including order processing, quote generation, and sales pipeline management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to facilitate smooth and timely order fulfillment and customer service.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM systems, updating records and tracking sales activities to support sales forecasting and analysis.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, providing product information, pricing details, and assistance with order inquiries or issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
