- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference verification.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely, and facilitate a welcoming first-day experience.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Support payroll processing by verifying employee data and provide assistance with benefit enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
- Policy Implementation: Help communicate and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR-related matters, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Event Coordination: Organize employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and other HR-related events.
- Compliance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and maintaining compliance documentation, including certifications, licenses, and required training.
- General Support: Perform additional administrative duties and projects as assigned by the HR team.
