We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and Excel. This role involves managing AR processes, preparing and tracking invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to support administrative functions efficiently while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Please note, this position may require availability to work on certain holidays to ensure timely processing and support. Flexibility during peak periods is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections.
• Prepare, review, and distribute accurate invoices, resolving disputes or discrepancies as needed.
• Utilize Excel for tracking payments, AR aging reports, and data analysis with advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Maintain organized records for AR and invoicing while handling client inquiries and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and coordinating with internal teams.
