Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities and schedules.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Resource Management: Track and allocate resources, ensuring they are effectively utilized across project tasks.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and risks, proposing solutions and escalating them as necessary.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute project progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
