salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Consumer collection.
- Handle 300-400+ call volume weekly
- Negotiating payment plans to keep client balances current and help them get back on track with payments.
- Answering client calls from 800 numbers when they have questions about their statement or invoices.
- Assisting other departments in answering questions related to balance owed, payments received, and general Client Financial Account questions.
- Researching client accounts to help reconcile payments received versus what is still open.
- Any other duties related to Accounts Receivable Specialist position as deemed necessary by the Director/Manager of Client Financial Accounts.
