Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare accurate calculations, pricing, and quotes for clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service in English, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Handle general office tasks, including data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
