Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
 Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control systems and
procedures to ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and
standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
 Inspection and Testing: Perform thorough inspections and tests of
electromechanical components, parts, and systems to verify conformance to
drawings, specifications and quality standards.
 Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality
control activities, including detailed documentation of non-conformances
and corrective actions taken.
 Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the
quality of incoming materials and components, conducting audits and
source-inspections as necessary.
 Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements
and participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.

 Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to personnel
involved in quality control activities, ensuring understanding and adherence
to quality standards and procedures.
 Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks related to quality control and
develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and reliability of
aerospace products.
 Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with changes in industry regulations
and standards, ensuring compliance and proactively implementing
necessary adjustments.
