Responsibilities
As a Benefits Administrator, Job duties include:
- Handle the administration of leave requests and any required accommodations, ensuring timely processing and communication.
- Oversee and coordinate various leave administration programs to ensure efficient and effective management.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding leave policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant State and Federal laws and regulations related to employee leave and benefits.
- Manage the group email inbox, address inquiries related to LOA and benefits, and provide timely responses.
- Work with Corporate Payroll to ensure accurate leave payments and benefit adjustments.
- Use PowerBI and SAP SuccessFactors for generating reports, tracking benefits, and visualizing data.
- Manage the process for employees returning to work after a leave of absence, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
- 3+ years of experience in Benefits Administration with a Nationwide Organization dealing with Multi-State Benefits.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Office, PowerBI, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Polished and professional communication skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of personnel and management.
