- Organize and audit employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Upload and manage employee documents on ADP’s Document Cloud from our SharePoint site.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for file management and retrieval.
- Reorganize HR administrative electronic folders and establish a consistent naming convention for easy file access.
- Ability to find and organize both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation.
- Communicate progress and updates to the HR team regularly.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a intent focus on file organization and compliance.
- Familiarity with SharePoint is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented yet fast-paced.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with HR team members.
- Creative problem-solver with a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new systems.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or guidance while managing multiple tasks.
- Proven clerical or administrative skills
- Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
- Knowledge of rules, standards, and online security regarding file organization and maintenance.
