Our dynamic and fast-paced construction client is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are seeking a Job Setup Administrator with a solid construction background to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth initiation and setup of our construction projects, laying the groundwork for success from the get-go.

salary: $24 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for initiating new construction projects, ensuring all necessary paperwork, permits, and documentation are in place for a seamless start.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather all requisite information and requirements, setting each job up for success.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive database for tracking project details, including timelines, budgets, and specific client requests, ensuring accessibility and organization.
• Collaborate with the finance department to set up project accounts, budgets, and ensure compliance with financial procedures and controls.
• Oversee the acquisition of necessary permits and licenses for new projects, liaising with local authorities and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
• Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure that all team members have the information needed to execute their roles efficiently.
