Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the timely financial reporting and general ledger structure including accounts payable and receivable.
- Actively overviews accounts receivables and informs about DSO and overdue accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end financial closure.
- Analyzes the financial reports, reports deviations to budget, provides management with actual departmental and product costing data either through ERP/MRP activities or via manual calculations.
- Possess full knowledge of ERP system elements as it applies to all Finance and Inventory related details.
- Ensure the daily and monthly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- TECHNICAL SKILLS AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years prior supervisory experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area. Experience working in a multi-cultural manufacturing firm is preferred.
- Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting. Experience with ERP systems and the various accounting related modules. Must be highly competent in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
