A large company based in Farmingdale, NY is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their Dispatching Team.  The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service environment and possess excellent phone etiquette. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, assist with inventory issues, and provide exceptional service to both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) clients. We are seeking someone who is reliable and able to handle a fast paced environment. • Assist technicians with repairs and handle consumer calls regarding faulty products
• Process and manage service and part requests efficiently
• File claims for missing shipments and ensure timely resolutions
• Utilize a scan gun to scan and track parts accurately
• Perform clerical duties as required, including data entry and filing
