We are looking for an Operations Training Coordinator, someone who is very detailed and extremely organized, responsible and adept at staying out in front of things and knows when or how to advance issues to those within the leadership team. A professional demeanor and personality that is willing to hold the team accountable to meeting goals. Must have good interpersonal skills, be respectful but firm and have the ability to think quickly, see and understand potential issues arising. Must become familiar with our internal processes, systems and equipment specs in order to job monitor and quickly plan in a constantly evolving environment. Ideal candidates have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and at least 1 year of experience in a training capacity. Responsibilities
- Coordinates, schedules and conducts hands-on, one-on-one, classroom, or group skills training on a variety of topics, including new hire job orientation, safety and environmental health, certification and/or recertification, retraining, new equipment introduction, equipment operation, operational processes and procedures, “right to know”, etc.
- Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements (e.g. documentation, reporting, communication, training specifics, system processes, procedures, etc.).
- Evaluates, tracks and maintains an accurate database/files of associates’ progress through observation, demonstrated learning, testing, documented certification processes, etc, and determines appropriate training solutions
