A client of ours in the manufacturing industry located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a Collections Representative to join their team.  This position is responsible for working with the sales team and accounting team to identify customer accounts that are past due.  This position is a full-time permanent opportunity offering 100% paid health, dental, and vision benefits, 401K, and an excellent PTO policy.  

salary: $46,000 - $50,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue balances and prioritize collection efforts
• Reach out to clients with past due amounts via phone and/or email to inquire about payment status
• Maintain collections notes in accounting software (Great Plains)
• Investigate billing issues and request credits/ad hoc invoices when required
• Work with sales, customer service and accounting to address customer concerns and ensure accurate billing
