We are looking for a candidate with general knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel. 10 years of accounting experience is required.  We offer great benefits; including: full medical, 401k matching and a great PTO package. Responsibilities

Perform accounting and administrative functions to support the department in a high-volume work environment. 

Research, track, and resolve accounting problems

Compile and sort invoices, review and reconcile invoice discrepancies

Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices

Record business transactions and enter daily worksheets to the general ledger system.

Record charges and refunds

Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records

Match invoices to product receipts and reconciliation of vendor account statements 

Assist in contact delinquent accounts

Files, prints, copies accounting records as needed

Comply with plant safety procedures to ensure a safe environment
