Our client is looking for an experience Jr Buyer or an advanced customer service representative with experience processing orders on a buisness to business scale. Aviation or Aerospace industry experience preferred but Manufacturing or Distrubution industry experience is required. Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the the open sales order report and obtain updated status as needed for open purchase orders with suppliers.
• Secures and analyzes quotations, negotiates prices, and terms with U.S. and international suppliers to issue orders; as needed.
• Expedite status of external and internal parts orders and purchase orders via communication with suppliers and inter-company operations.
• Process purchase orders per company guidelines as support for senior buyers.
• Interface with supervisors and managers or other departments on critical material problems.
• Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.
