Randstad is seeking a Financial Operations Processor in Iselin,NJ.This role involves performing complex operational tasks, such as reconciling general ledger accounts, conducting in-depth research to resolve customer issues, and managing inventories. It requires good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. The position also demands proficiency in financial processes and tools like MS Suite and Tableau, along with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines while providing excellent customer service. Position: Operations Processor 3 Location: Iselin, NJ, 08830 Pay: $23.60/hr  Shift Days/Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Hybrid Schedule-3 days a week in office. Mondays and Fridays are WFH Training Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities



Position details:

Works under general supervision following established procedures. Exercises some judgment within guidelines. Considered a subject matter expert on operational issues related to process or function. Acts as an escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed.

Additional information:

• This team manages inventories, beginning and ending balances.
• Speaking to customers directly often
• Complicated research to determine who the work belongs to etc.
• Researching missing deposits, disputed differences, missing orders
• Not handling cash, they are doing research
• This is different than working at a branch, if they can understand beginning and ending balance and following an audit trail and transactions, that experience will align
• Responsible for providing customer service phone support for our Outsource customers

Required Qualifications: 

• Financial services experience required
• 3+ years related experience
• Basic MS Suite experience, word, excel, tableau (use of database) & powerpoint.
• Other bank qualifications/tools will be taught
