Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact members via phone, email, and other channels to address past-due accounts.
- Assess members' financial situations and offer solutions to resolve delinquencies, such as payment plans or hardship programs.
- Utilize advanced tools and resources to identify and recommend appropriate repayment strategies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and member agreements.
- Adhere to compliance standards, company policies, and federal regulations.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Experience in collections, customer service, or financial services.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
