Randstad is supporting a healthcare company who is looking to hire a Sr Payroll Specialist. This team is responsible for processing payroll for the U.S and Canada. work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of payroll laws and practices.
• Interprets policy and documents payroll processes.
• Manages payroll cycles and all associated processes and audits.
• Interfaces with payroll vendor and monitors/manages vendor's delivery on service level agreements.
• Provides payroll consultation.
• Resolves complex employee inquiries regarding pay and associated processes.
• Defines and maintains standard operating procedures for all payroll processes.
• Supporting US, Canada and Puerto Rico 
• First line support for employees calling in to the service center with payroll specific questions. Also responsible for payroll related functions, including W-2 processing.
