Responsibilities
- Support program deliverables, including marketing communications, collateral, registration/invitation copy, promotions, event logistics, and sales communications.
- Track and manage event budget, submitting invoices as needed.
- Handle smaller industry conference deliverables, including booth coordination and premiums.
- Provide on-site support for additional events as needed.
- Maintain and update the events/conferences calendar (dates, costs, venues, etc.).
- Manage and track premiums on vendor services using SalesForce, ensuring quantities are accurate and items are refreshed as needed.
- Measure return on investment (ROI) for all programs, helping to provide analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in event marketing and/or marketing communications.
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to juggle competing goals and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with event management and/or marketing, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with CVENT and SalesForce is preferred.
- Prior experience working with industry conferences and trade show booth coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to track event budgets and maintain event trackers.
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
This team uses a hybrid schedule from the office in Boston, MA. During the busy season (Spring and Fall), you will be fully onsite to manage events.
