Responsibilities

• Support Benefits Account Managers with their existing client portfolio inquiries
• Live in group email box and read, research, problem solve, and respond to complex, large client benefit system inquiries
• Learn multiple systems and how to efficiently fix client issues
• Set up system access for commercial HR Benefit clients
• Communicate extensively with Account Managers, Brokers, Agents, Internal Stakeholders, and Clients
• Maintain the Benefits Account Management system and software
• Ensure all client inquiries or roadblocks regarding the Benefits Account Management system are prioritized and resolved within the SLA timeline
• Provide supporting documentation upon clients' requests
• Document all interactions
• Support special projects and engage with Account Managers
