We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling cost invoices, managing high-volume data entry, and performing AP tasks efficiently. Experience with Sage 50 is required. This role is essential in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth payment operations within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Cost Invoice Management: Accurately review, process, and verify cost invoices while ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Accounts Payable: Handle all AP functions, including invoice posting, payment preparation, and reconciliation.
• Data Entry: Perform high-volume, accurate data entry of financial transactions into Sage 50 and other accounting systems.
• Vendor Communication: Collaborate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, answer inquiries, and ensure timely payments.
• Reconciliation: Assist with reconciling accounts and preparing periodic reports as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
