Responsibilities
This role involves managing international orders and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Order Processing & Automation: Efficiently process international orders using EDI and automation tools.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and complaints to provide exceptional service.
- Logistics Coordination: Work with internal teams (sales, distribution, finance) and external partners (freight forwarders, customs brokers) to manage shipments and resolve issues.
- Communication: Keep customers informed about order status, shipping updates, and delays via the CX ticketing system, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on international shipping regulations and tariffs to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance order processing and customer experience in the ERP system.
- Performance Goals: Contribute to achieving the 98.5% fill rate and meet department SLAs for response and resolution times.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records, process paperwork, and assist with special projects as needed.
