• Role Overview:
  Analyzes, develops, and/or implements plans or procedures to provide operational and/or technical support to business operations in order to achieve specific objectives.

  • Advise business groups by offering guidance on initiative prioritization, integration, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Track, maintain, and provide up-to-date information on the operation's business scorecard.
  • Conduct operational analyses to assess effectiveness and capacity utilization, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations by identifying opportunities for optimization and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
