Responsibilities
- Prepares journal entries, account analysis, roll forwards and other analysis for assigned general ledger accounts
- Prepare and complete bank reconciliations.
- Prepare fixed asset and depreciation schedules
- Record Payroll/401K/Insurance Entries
- Manage Escheatment reporting in accordance with state guidelines •
- Monthly reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts •
- Record tax payments and submit state tax returns to agreed schedule
- Review and process car reimbursements.
- Maintain credit card matrix.
- Assist in the preparation of internal reports and schedules.
- Assists Accounts Payable as required
- Directly support / backup internal customer experience for motus, credit card, concur expenses, UPS, and supplies.
- Manage prepaid expense schedule
- Prepare and manage the Sales Bonus Accrual Postings
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly CEO report and financial management budget reports
