Responsibilities
- Handle Quotation Requests: Review requests to check stock availability, contracts, and past orders to provide accurate quotes.
- Prepare Customer Offers: Create the best possible offer based on certifications, pricing, and delivery timelines provided by the Procurement team.
- Follow Up with Customers: Maintain communication through emails, calls, video meetings, or visits to ensure good customer relationships.
- Build Customer Relationships: Provide clear information about products, orders, and contracts, explaining any technical details as needed.
- Resolve Complaints: Work with managers and other departments to address and solve customer issues.
- Monitor Performance: Track sales and performance goals daily, using tools like Qlik, and take action to improve results if needed.
- Support Other Tasks: Help with any additional duties to keep the company running smoothly.
