Responsibilities
- Performance Management and Employee Relations
- Develop a performance management framework that details firm’s cadence of check-ins, process to complete the check-in, significance of detailed documentation, and goal setting
- Provide professional expertise in the design, development, and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals
- Maintain Cornerstone, firm's performance management system including the execution of the performance cycle, staff communication around performance process, and any Cornerstone updates as necessary
- Compliance and Learning and Development
- Maintain expertise of legal requirements for day-to-day management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws
- Educate department heads on company policies and procedures and ensure adherence by all staff
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective learning and development programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning
- Track number of training requests and type and translate data into insights that drive action plans at appropriate levels
- In consultation with Senior Director, Human Resources, identify org-wide and individual employee development needs
- HR Reporting (Headcount, Turnover, and Learning and Development)
- Create and maintain quarterly HR metrics dashboard and report on the following: current headcount, turnover rate, training expenses per employee
