We are actively recruiting for an HR Generalist for one of our confidential clients in the Cleveland area. This position will primarily handle payroll and benefits for the HR team. If you have previous experience with payroll and benefits, you are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities: 

• Administer pay, benefits, and leave
• Negotiate company benefits packages
• Ensuring that employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and taxes are processed accurately and on time
• Experience with payroll systems
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local and national regulations
• Suggest ways to improve the employee experience
• Create and distribute internal communications, and assist with the upkeep of the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart
• Assist with recruiting - job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
