Salary Range:
- Non-Senior Role: $68,000 - $72,000
- Senior Role: $75,000 - $85,000 (Target Base: $80,000)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle CAT claims using the Xactimate system, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Deploy to catastrophe (CAT) locations across the country for extended periods (up to 75% travel).
- Conduct field adjustments, resolving claims for personal and commercial lines (experience preferred but not required).
- Maintain flexibility with back-to-back deployments, including work-from-home periods as needed.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth.
- Minimum of 5 years of field-adjusting experience, with at least some time spent as a staff adjuster for an insurance carrier.
- Ability to take on leadership responsibilities within the claims process.
- $175 per day while on deployment (approximately 19-day deployments, with potential for up to 225 days per year).
- Typical CAT pay ranges from an additional $25,000 to $30,000 annually.
- Deployment includes 17 days of adjusting and 2 travel days, with weekend breaks in between.
- Travel across the country as needed, with hotel and rental car expenses covered by the company.
- Meal reimbursements through a corporate credit card:
- Breakfast: $15
- Lunch: $20
- Dinner: $35 (tax and tip not included).
- Proficiency in the Xactimate system (licensing not required).
- Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to various locations.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Commercial and personal lines experience is a plus.
