Responsibilities
The Business Development Representative (BDR) focuses on driving sales and building relationships within the pharmacy software industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential clients, particularly pharmacies, to pitch the company's software solutions, like PrimeRx.
- Sales Support: Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to manage reseller relationships, assist with pricing and product configurations, and provide product details to drive sales.
- Customer Engagement: Securing meetings, conducting demos, attending trade shows, and maintaining customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Market Insight: Providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Administrative Duties: Documenting activities in a CRM system and reporting progress to sales leadership
