Expanding international corporate Commercial Learning and Development/Sales Training team hiring a talented and experienced Training Lead to support the Commercial Goods Sales teams nationally. Reporting to the impressive Director, this Lead role will serve as her right hand and support the curriculum, implementation, training, analysis, delivery, and success of the commerical consumer goods training program.  Experience with B2C comsumer goods/product sales HIGHLY PREFERRED. Experience working in a highly matrixed and extremely collaborative, start up environment preferred. Travel REQUIRED - monthly. This organizaiton and department function as a start up, opportunity to build from the ground up and create SOPs, process and improvements. This is a one year contract to kick off on January. Opportunity to extend/potential to convert.

salary: $50 - $60 per hour

Responsibilities

This position is focused on the design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs, including on-the-job training, e-learning, hands-on instructional methods, job aids, etc.

5 years of Learning and Development  - focused on commercial B2C support - comsumer goods and/or produc sales
Leading and managing a training department
Creating sales training, data, analytics, some instructional design
Dynamic experience: creating training, delivering training, managing stakeholder relationships
Rolls up sleeves - all aspects of the department

Comfortable operating in a start up environment – extemely lofty transformational goals for 2025
Experience working in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment with training, feedback, etc
Ability and familiarity working with marketing, legal, compliance, IT, procurement
Opportunity to create and codify SOPs and ways of working

Experience with Salesforce and a Learning Management System
