Expanding international corporate Commercial Learning and Development/Sales Training team hiring a talented and experienced Training Facilitator to support the Commercial Goods Sales teams nationally. The role requires frequent travel to the assigned territory, this role will deliver in person and virtual training both 1:1 and in large group settings.  and success of the commerical consumer goods training program.  Experience with facilitating B2C comsumer goods/product sales training HIGHLY PREFERRED. Experience working in a highly matrixed and extremely collaborative, start up environment preferred. Travel REQUIRED. This is a one year contract to kick off on January. Opportunity to extend/potential to convert.

salary: $35 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities

This position is focused on the training, facilitation, execution, collaboration, and evaluation of learning and development program for commercial sales team: primarily focused on-the-job training and hands-on instructional methods.

3 years of Learning and Development Faclitation- focused on commercial B2C support - comsumer goods and/or produc sales
Dynamic experience: facilitation, delivering training, managing stakeholder relationships, reviwwing and analyzing success, feedback and follow up
1:1 coaching and large group environments

Comfortable operating in a start up environment – extremely lofty transformational goals for 2025
Experience working in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment with training, feedback, etc
Ability and familiarity working with multiple departments and teams
Frquent travel/constant facilitation

Experience with Salesforce and a Learning Management System
