Qualifications • College degree in Construction or Engineering preferred but not required. • A minimum of ten years’ experience preferred in a variety of different types of construction methods and contractual delivery methods. • Contractor, Architecture, Engineering License preferred but not required. • Proficiency in basic construction codes i.e., Cost codes, AIA Invoices (G702/703), Job Costing, Project Projections.

Responsibilities
- Estimating & Preconstruction: Assist in estimating and preconstruction activities. Review permit plans for compliance.
- Budget & Reporting: Develop project budgets, schedules, and monthly management reports (projections, draw schedules, etc.).
- Submittals & Change Orders: Manage submittals, shop drawings, and change orders; update budgets as needed.
- Project Oversight: Supervise at least two construction projects, ensuring timely, quality, and financially sound completion.
- Contract Management: Analyze construction contracts, allocate resources, and outline work plans for project staff.
- Team Coordination: Direct superintendents and project personnel; provide technical advice and resolve issues.
- Inspections & Compliance: Coordinate required inspections and ensure adherence to regulations and safety standards.
- Owner Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for owners, handle invoicing, and manage job costs.
- Supervision: Oversee superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors. Conduct personnel evaluations as needed.
- Authority Limits: Requires approval from senior leadership for company contracting decisions.
