Candidate will assist department with invoicing, contacting customer and using company software to assist with business needs. Rates based on experience - Range from $20-25/HR

Responsibilities
- Quick learner comfortable working in a fast faced environment
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Customer Service
- Works well independently
- Assist with obtaining customer information for account setup
- Set up customers in system and attach required documentation
- Run report to verify outgoing orders daily (account info, credit limits, payment terms, COIs)
- Obtain Resale/Tax Certificates and attach to customer account
- Obtain Certificates of Insurance from customers
- Send/review wire/ACH forms as needed
- Send credit card payment links to customers for orders/invoices
- Enter credit card and wire receipts into system daily
- Basic invoicing as needed
- Additional duties as assigned by Accounting Managers
