Contract: 7 months, potential for extension or conversion based on business needs
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Minimum five years of business experience with three years in a HR-related role
- HR Certification (SPHR or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
- Two or more years corporate recruitment experience
- Knowledge of HR policies and processes
- Excellent project management skills, including planning and organizational skills
- Works with minimal supervision
- Excellent service delivery skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and priorities
salary: $35 - $50 per hour

Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to the HR team in areas including, but not limited to:
- Implementation of web-based HR technology platforms, leading change management and training programs for user buy-in and adoption.
- Compensation Analysis - research job requirements and positions to ensure equitable and competitive salary benchmarks and pay structure.
- Evaluate, recommend and implement performance management strategies addressing the full life-cycle from goal-setting to performance evaluations.
- Provides recruitment services either through direct hire or working with external partners, including identifying recruiting needs and sourcing the best candidates to fill vacancies.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
