Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Supervise construction activities to ensure they align with plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Management: Direct subcontractors, crew members, and site personnel.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage daily and long-term project schedules.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect work for adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Resource Coordination: Oversee materials, equipment, and labor allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
- Issue Resolution: Address problems or delays and implement solutions promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain logs, reports, and records of daily site activities.
- Budget Management: Monitor expenses and work to prevent cost overruns.
- Permit Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local codes, permits, and regulations.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
