Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and families in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients.
• Notify healthcare providers promptly upon patient arrival.
• Update and maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Collect and process patient payments.
• Monitor office supplies, order as needed, and ensure stock is maintained.
• Maintain an organized and confidential workspace in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Support the front desk team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
