Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Prepare, issue, and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Payment Collection: Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate reporting and resolution of discrepancies.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address billing inquiries and payment issues.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Credit Management: Evaluate customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging analysis and collection forecasts.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounts receivable processes for increased efficiency.
